Monday - Friday : 12 p.m. - 9 p.m.

            Saturday/Sunday: 10a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Inclement Weather Policy

In the event of inclement weather, The Arena Club will attempt to open on time if at all possible. We do follow the Harford County Public School System schedule for delays and cancellations. We recognize the expert opinion of those officials making safety decisions, and our facility available reflects our safety concerns for members and staff. We will adhere to the following policies:

If Harford County Schools are closed:
              *Childcare services will be available at 11:00A.M.
              *Day Camp will only be provided for Before/After school participants from 8:30-6P.M. for an additional fee with a minimum participation 
               of 8 campers.
              *All morning classes (prior to 12P.M.) will be cancelled (except Pre-K) throughout the club. 

If Harford County Schools are delayed:
              *Childcare services will be available at 11:00A.M.
              *Before Care starts at regular time if delayed 1 hour.
              *Before care starts at 8 A.M. if delayed 2 hours.
              *If Harford County schools are delayed one hour in opening time, our Pre-K Enrichment will run at 10A.M.-12P.M.; if Harford County is delayed 2 hours in opening time, our Pre-K Enrichment program will run 11-12:30P.M.
              *All morning classes (prior to 12P.M.) will be cancelled (except Pre-K) throughout the club.

Individual instruction or training sessions should be specifically confirmed prior to arrival at the club.
